This blend was made for Mexican Street Corn, also known as Elote, but it tastes great on vegetables like zucchini, parsnips, butternut squash, and summer squash. Toss on plantains and roast or mash. Use as a rub for pork chops or chicken, or combine with softened butter for a delicious add to mashed potatoes. On movie night, take a tablespoon of elote seasoning, mix it with a touch more sugar, and add to popcorn for a savory sweet.
