Welcome to Monterey's Tasty Olive Bar, where there are over seventy varieties of olive oils and balsamics to choose from! All of our olive oils come from two different hemispheres in Tunisia and Australia, and our balsamics are aged the traditional Solera Method from Modena Italy.  Open everyday at 10:00am.

California Garlic EVOO + Pomegranate Dark Aged Balsamic

An elegant and classic pairing, the California Garlic Olive Oil and the Pomegranate Balsamic would be beautiful on sliced duck. The pungency of the garlic plays well with any of our sweeter berry balsamics, but the slight tartness of pomegranate reins in the strong flavor of garlic.

Wild Mushroom and Sage EVOO + Traditional Dark Aged Balsamic

We picture this fantastic pairing on your next Thanksgiving turkey! Our Wild Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil tastes like the best parts of fall, earthy and warm with herbaceous notes and strong sage. It's best to stick to a traditional balsamic to counteract the herbaceous notes with a slight sweetness.

Herbes de Provence Olive Oil + Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic

Just like the traditional Herbes de Provence herb blend, this traditional French herb bouquet has found its way into an olive oil. pour a little to rub over a game hen and add a splash of Sicilian Lemon Balsamic. Add on a bed of greens and you've got a simple lunch!
