If you would like to order our Sets and Gifts, Visit our Products page for a detailed description of all of our extra virgin olive oils and balsamics, and then choose your favorites to customize the set of your choice.
How long will my order take to ship?
We use USPS priority mail, and ship the same day, if possible. Orders ship out Monday through Sat. and arrive to you within 2 to 3 days.
To where does your store ship?
We ship anywhere in the United States, including American Territories such as Puerto Rico. We can also ship to Canada; however, this option is not on the website. Just give us a call at 1 (831) 242-8900 from 10am-8pm PST to order and ship to Canada!
Can I cook with my olive oils and balsamics?
Definitely! With our fused extra virgin olive oils, heat does diminish the flavor a little, but will not compromise the quality of the olive oil overall.
What's the difference between fused and infused olive oil?
Fused olive oil means that at the time of crush, the fruit is crushed along with the herbs or other fruits which which it is flavored. For example, our Blood Orange Olive Oil is crushed using the Agrumato method, which means that the olives, right after harvest, are crushed along with pounds of blood oranges to extract the essential oils out of the orange peel and juice, and then lightly filtered. Infusion method is the process of adding ingredients to the olive oil for different flavors. All of our olive oils and balsamics are made from natural ingredients without any preservatives or chemicals added.
In fact, what can I do with a good olive oil and balsamic?
One thing is certain, it is definitely not limited to making a knock-out salad dressing. Reduce one of our balasmics over low heat on a saucepan to make a delicious and rich glaze, drizzle over ice cream, and soak in pound cake for a great dessert. Sautee, marinate, and dip with bread for our olive oils. Whether it's over popcorn with our Butter Olive Oil or over vegetables with our Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive Oil, there is a lot that you can do! Visit our Recipes page for some ideas!
Where do your Olive Oils and Balsamics come from?
The majority of our options are imported from the northern and southern hemisphere, from Australia and Tunisia. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Specialty Vinegars are from all over the world, from Greece to Italy to Peru; you can find their Countries of Origin by clicking on the product and reading the description.
What are your most popular flavors/pairings?
Our California Garlic and Tuscan Herb Olive Oil tend to be pretty popular sellers in olive oil, while Cranberry Pear and Strawberry are popular balsamics.
I don't see an option for an olive oil/balsamic I have ordered before.
We are dedicated to giving you the best quality of our olive oils and balsamics possible; as a result, our product is never more than six months old. Given the quality of our product, there are times when the harvest is done and there is a long waiting period for the next batch of olive oil to be made, so it is temporarily unavailable or sold out. Some examples include the Nocellara Extra Virgin Olive Oil. However, keep coming back to the website to find out if it has come back; we're constantly updating our website to reflect our options inside the store itself! Feel free to submit a question form as well under the Contact Us page.
What if my question was not listed here?
